You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. E-bikes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these terms.

3. Product Information & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and pricing on E-bikes are for informational purposes only and subject to change without notice. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and exclude applicable taxes and delivery fees.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order constitutes a binding agreement. We accept payments via secure online gateways. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment and email notification. E-bikes reserves the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. E-bikes is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
  • Free shipping applies only to eligible orders within specified regions; terms are subject to change.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns of unused, undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after item inspection. Custom or assembled e-bikes are non-refundable unless defective. For full details, refer to our Return Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on E-bikes—including logos, text, images, and software—is owned by or licensed to E-bikes and protected under copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

E-bikes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected item.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

10. Changes to Terms
